Keeping Busy

Here's a few drawings from a book idea I have. I don't know where it's going, but I'm having fun making it!

I draw over some photographs and treat them to look watercolor-ish. Some backgrounds are my photos and some are found on the web. I modify them and put them together with some paper texture in Photoshop. Then I draw the characters in a clean cell style on another layer and place that on top.

Abduction 3 step

I spent the other day drawing and I wanted to complete at least one sketch. Here is the 3 step progression:

I need more space to splurge.

I wanted to create an animated run-cycle. This is my first attempt. It took two days and many errors. It ain't perfect, but I learned a bit about animation. The characters are Halloween costumes that me and Rick wore in, I don't know...1999? I was the fat female wrestler and Rick was the flying dude.
